ABOUT US

Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank, Starbucks, McDonalds and more!

We currently have several nationwide positions available ASAP. 


Dell Warranty Technician $22hr - $25hr

 We currently have a Dell Warranty Technician position available ASAP. After certification, you will perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you will need to pass a background and drug screen through Checkr. The screening is $39.99 each, and our company reimburse $30 in total.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a 1099 position with travel reimbursement
  • Pay period: Every Monday after the first week worked
  • Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift.
  • You will complete an 8.5hr certification from Dell as part of your onboarding. (Certifications and badging  are online and free to you)
  • You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
  • You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your Dell portal each day.
  • The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you. You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
  • You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Requirements

  • Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components such as motherboards, cameras, screens, keyboards and disk drives on laptops and desktops
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable with daily local travel
  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • Must have tools


Restaurant Menu Board/Media Player Installer $30hr

We are seeking a Digital Menu Board Installer to install, mount, configure, and support digital menu boards and display systems for restaurants, retail locations, and commercial clients. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with displays, cabling, and basic networking. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and mount digital menu boards and commercial displays
  • Measure, level, and securely mount screens, brackets, and enclosures
  • Run and manage low-voltage cabling (HDMI, Ethernet, power)
  • Connect and configure media players and content systems
  • Perform basic network setup (Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity)
  • Test displays for proper operation, brightness, and alignment
  • Troubleshoot display, power, and connectivity issues
  • Follow installation schematics and site instructions
  • Maintain a clean and professional worksite
  • Document completed work and obtain client sign-off

 

Requirements

  • Experience with TV or display mounting, AV installation, or similar technical work
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Basic understanding of networking and device connectivity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must have tools

Preferred Experience

  • Digital signage installation
  • Low-voltage cabling
  • Commercial display systems or AV equipment

IT Field Technician $22hr - $30hr

Key Responsibilities

Technician to perform the below tasks within the marketplace, supporting multiple brands hardware and network systems to include;

  • Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SD-Wans, CCTV
  • Printer Support
  • Provide POS upgrades and Support
  • Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers

Skills:- Experience in IT infrastructure and networking installation

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.

Requirements

  • Able to climb, use ladders or lift for out of reach network equipment
  • Basic tools for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, cable toner, Cat 5/6, crimpers, RJ45 Cable tester, Buttset, Cisco Console Cable
