WE ARE HIRING NETWORK AND TELEPHONY FIELD TECHNICIANS!

Duties:
- Provide Break/Fix Work Order requests to major retail brands.

- Configure and test printers for Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, Android, IOS, Mac OS or Chrome
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Setup or assist with configuration of new computer systems, software, printers, pin pads, and card readers (Verifone, Ingenico..etc)
- Collaborate with other Vendors, Stakeholders, and Support Centers to ensure smooth operation of the network and systems during an hardware, software upgrade, conversion or cutover.

- Fiber Cable runs, Cat 5/Cat 6 pulls and Surveys

- VOIP, POE, POTS troubleshooting

Skills:
- Comfortable knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems, command line tools a plus!
- Experience with imaging software, patch management tools, A/V troubleshooting, Phone line repair, Printer repair, Fiber cable runs, Surveys.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, and storage systems, PBX, VOIP (Nice to have telephony skills)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration and user management.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week (Based on the Scope of Work, hours could be more)
