We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Dispatchers and Field Technicians to join our dynamic team internally. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in dispatching technicians to maintain and troubleshoot major brands network, hardware, and software issues. Dispatchers will ensure efficient communication between technicians, various teams and external partners. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and negotiation skills, as the dispatcher will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Use of your smart phone, computer or tablet to manage and scale the marketplace job board, by requesting available work, scaling new markets for future and assigned technicians
• Engage with work order managers to define and clarify work and techs availability
• Effective communication skills for clear interaction with the CEO, Account Managers, Technicians and External Partners
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
• Report work requested and completed tasks by providing a Daily Tracker

We‘re partnered with the State of Colorado Workforce - Connectingcolorado.com to offer this position! You’ll train to become a certified IT Apprentice, while having the opportunity to participate in an On The Job learning experience. We offer online learning or classes in person.
